About Natascha
MY COACHING EXPERIENCE
For the past 6+ years, I've worked one-to-one with hundreds of professionals from more than 30 countries, helping them develop their English and communicate more effectively in international environments.
Most of the people I work with already speak English well. At this level, the challenge is often more subtle: finding exactly the right word, expressing a complex idea precisely, sounding more natural, or communicating with the same nuance and control you have in your first language.
That's where I specialise: identifying the small patterns and adjustments that can make a significant difference to clarity, precision, fluency and natural expression.
MY INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Before moving into coaching, I spent nearly two decades working internationally across marketing, communications and business, including senior management roles across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Having also lived and worked across different countries and cultures myself, I understand what it's like to operate professionally in international and multilingual environments.
MY APPROACH
I don't believe advanced speakers need more generic English lessons. My approach is highly personalised and feedback-driven, helping you identify the specific language patterns that are holding you back and progressively refine how you express yourself.

This is for international professionals who already speak English at a strong level (typically B2+) and want to refine and elevate it further, particularly those building careers in global organisations or moving into increasingly demanding professional environments.
SESSION STRUCTURE & FORMAT
Sessions are conversation-based but highly targeted. As you speak, I'll identify vocabulary, phrasing, sentence structure and recurring patterns we can improve, while helping you develop more natural and precise alternatives.
You'll receive detailed notes, corrections, alternative expressions and vocabulary that you can review and reuse after the session.
Sessions are online via Google Meet.
