About James
I'm a BA Economics student at the University of Cambridge (Downing College), passionate about helping students reach their potential in university admissions. I'm looking to tutor students applying for Economics at Cambridge through TMUA prep, Personal Statement drafting guidance, exclusive resources and mock interviews. I received offers for other competitive courses such as Imperial EFDS and UCL Economics, and I achieved 4A*s in my A-levels (Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Economics), as well as achieving a First in my first-year exams, ranking among the top 20% of my cohort.

- Looking for a repeat student in their final year of school to guide through the full application process for Cambridge Economics. - Offering flexible hour-long lessons weekly, initially focused on TMUA preparation, UCAS construction and college selection. - Later along, sessions will pivot towards interview preparation by means of weekly mock interviews tailored to the student's specific college style. - Also happy to offer earlier stage guidance (e.g. to year 12 students planning on applying.) - I took a very data-driven and deliberate approach to my application, and I look to pass on some of the learnings that I wish I'd known.
