About Noah
Teaching guitar for the past 8 years has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my life, particularly working with school and college students who bring diverse goals and talents. I believe that learning guitar is not just about technique but also about finding your unique musical voice. My lessons are designed to build strong technical skills—such as finger dexterity, chord transitions, rhythm, and timing—while encouraging creativity through improvisation and songwriting. I personalize each lesson to match the student’s interests and learning pace, whether they want to play rock, blues, pop, or classical styles. One memorable experience was guiding a group of students from beginners to forming a band that performed live at school events and local venues. Watching them develop confidence, teamwork, and stage presence was inspiring. I also stress the importance of patience, discipline, focus, and emotional connection in music learning. I aim to create a warm, encouraging environment where students feel supported and motivated to keep growing on their musical journey.

For me, teaching Guitar is about nurturing your unique musical voice and making learning feel relevant and enjoyable. I believe the best way to learn is through the music you love, so I build lessons around songs and styles that inspire you. This approach makes technique and theory feel natural and connected, rather than abstract or boring.
Motivation is a key part of my teaching philosophy—I help you set realistic, achievable goals and celebrate your progress every step of the way. When difficulties arise, I don’t just tell you what to do; I guide you through understanding the “why” behind the problem and how to solve it creatively and confidently. I value honesty and patience, so my feedback is always constructive and supportive, helping you grow without pressure or judgment.
I adapt to your learning style, whether that means visual demonstrations, hands-on exploration, or detailed explanations. Beyond Guitar playing, I also provide instruction in beginner theory, improvisation, songwriting, and performance confidence to help you become a well-rounded musician. Whether you want to play casually or prepare for a stage, I’m here to support you with kindness, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm.
