About George
I hold a master’s degree in social health from Cambridge University. Qualifications in nutrition, strength training for older people, Cardiac rehabilitation, Falls prevention in the elderly, Dementia exercise.
I have written books around the subject areas related to healthy ageing. These include:

I have taught social activities and health to wellbeing and activity co-ordinators working older people all over the United Kingdom. Coached stroke survivors, cardiac patients, elderly fallers, community mental health patients, the terminally ill, those with COPD, MS, Huntington’s, Parkinson’s and dementia.
I try to combine the latest evidence based scientific approaches in a simple practical sustainable way. I try my best to make what can seem complex health and lifestyle topics accessible for everyone and anyone.
Over the years I have been featured on BBC Radio 1, Sky, BBC Anglia, and Channel 4.
