About Kelsie

Hi, I’m Kelsie, an acting and singing coach with over 20 years of musical theatre experience. I trained at AMDA in New York City and now help young performers (ages 9 and up) feel confident, prepared, and excited to step onstage. Every student is different, so I tailor each lesson to their goals—whether that’s audition prep, vocal technique, monologue work, or stage presence. We’ll work on solid skills, but also on confidence, expression, and actually having fun performing. My students have gone on to land roles in school shows, community theatre, and professional productions, but what I love most is watching them grow into brave, self-assured performers. I offer both 30‑minute and 60‑minute lessons to fit different attention spans and budgets. If your child has an upcoming audition, a role to prepare for, or just wants to improve their acting and singing, I’d love to work with them. I work with kids, teens, and adults to develop voices, stage presence, and acting skills in a fun, supportive way. My students have landed roles in school musicals, community theatre, and professional productions—while also learning to feel proud onstage, not just perfect.

They are now heading into 8th grade, and I’m so proud of how much they’ve grown—not only in their confidence and skills, but as performers. They are both such wonderful students to work with, and getting to watch them develop over the years has been one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.
