About Claudia
I was an elite gymnast in my hometown for over 15 years achieving a national title back in 2002, winning a first overall title and first place on bars at the Romanian National Gymnastics Schools Championships. Being trained by some of the most recognised Romanian gymnastic coaches, world champions or great Olympians, I have had the chance to be given the most authentic Romanian training, whilst being taught to pass on the knowledge and the skills to young gymnasts.
My passion for Dance has led me to attend Modern dance classes, attending regular contemporary dance and show revue workshops. Since I graduated from this course, I had the chance to be involved in group choreographies, attending several public events.
I am currently teaching the Acro Dance technique to children aged 5+ and adults around West Sussex and London.
Dance and Acrobatics are integral to my life experience and have become not only a discipline but also a way of life, keeping my body healthy and strong. I am very much enjoying working with children and adults of all ages, seeing their enthusiasm towards life and dance, whilst hoping to inspire as many children as possible into seeing dance, sports, or any other activities, as a choice for them to become a better version of themselves.

Methodology:
I offer a unique educational experience, teaching children and adults of all ages the Acrobatic Art also known as Acro Dance.
Suitable for performers, dancers, gymnasts, contortionists, cheerleaders - all levels. Lessons are also available to those who are passionate about Acrobatics and movement with no experience but would like to learn Acrobatic skills.
Our programmes are designed to enhance intellectual growth, self-esteem, confidence, physical health and promote creative movement.

Claudia is a fantastic ex gymnast and a pasionate teacher. She is very knowledgeable due to her experience in the field and she can get her students to reach the level desired in no time. Her clases and workshops are full of fun and engaging, cannot recommend enough.
