About Nola
I am a passionate Guitar instructor with 9 years of tutoring experience teaching high school students, college students, and adults who want to learn guitar from beginner level. During this time, I have successfully taught around 300 students and helped many learners gain confidence in their playing.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, encouragement, and clear step-by-step instruction. I believe that learning music should be enjoyable and motivating for every student. In my lessons, I focus on building a strong foundation through chords, rhythm training, strumming patterns, finger exercises, and basic music understanding.
These skills help students play smoothly and develop good technique. I also help students learn songs they like so they stay motivated to practise regularly.
Teaching hundreds of students has given me valuable experience in guiding beginners through common challenges such as chord transitions and rhythm timing. Some of my students have performed in school and college events after gaining confidence in their playing. My goal is to help students develop their guitar skills and enjoy making music.

My approach to teaching Guitar is based on structured learning and practical application. I believe that strong communication helps students understand concepts more clearly. I adapt my teaching methods depending on the student’s learning style and pace. Students start with fundamental techniques such as chords, strumming styles, rhythm patterns, scales, and finger exercises.
These skills help them develop control and comfort while playing the instrument. I often use real-life examples from songs and music performances to demonstrate how Guitar techniques are applied in real situations. This helps students connect theory with practice. In addition to Guitar lessons, I introduce related subjects such as music theory basics, ear training, rhythm practice, improvisation basics, and songwriting techniques.
These topics help students develop a broader understanding of music. My goal is to guide students step by step so they become confident and independent Guitar players.
