About Christina
I follow an eat clean diet, not a strict diet, but one that includes balanced nutrients and meals to maintain energy for workouts, muscle gain, and fat loss. I love to follow your journey and I will always be available to support you when you need.
About the lesson

- Even though you are a student or a busy person, this plan still works out for you as we are aiming for the consistency. You do not need a gym membership to able to do this :)
- The program will be prepared in a document and sent to you via email every week. The file will contain a complete set of exercises along with illustrations, captions - specific instructions in words, and video demonstrations of how to perform each movement so that you can easily follow along and ensure the most accurate posture.
- I will receive feed back every Friday, and then I will send you a new plan every weekend based on the feedback (the plan will always be adjusted, not repetitive).
- I also prepared a meal plan with detail for what you'll eat for each meal, which ingredients belong to which nutrient group, and I will also specifically measure the portions of each dish so you can easily prepare according to the plan without having to calculate any calories.
- The intensity of the exercises will range from light to advanced and will be adjusted based on your fitness level.
- The duration of the workout will be 4-6 sessions per week, depending on your choice, with each session lasting 60 minutes, and you can flexibly schedule the workout times.
