About Albion

Hi, I’m Albion, an experienced Media Studies and KS3 English teacher, helping my students to improve and achieve results. I am available to support: research, writing, knowledge gaps, coursework, exam preparations & techniques, with particular focus on improving exam responses to synoptic exam questions. I am keen and adamant on enhancing academic understanding and performance, as well as delivering fun and engaging lessons.

My style of teaching is unique, as I’m personable and approachable and tailor lessons to cater to your needs. I have worked with students of all abilities to improve their written work, class performance and most importantly, their results. I have experience with teaching Media Studies KS3, 4 & 5 on both the Eduqas and OCR exam board. I’m also an experienced English teacher, however this applies only to KS3. With English Studies, I mainly focus on inferences from texts and writing coherent and concise responses to assessment questions.

I have high expectations for all of my students, as I believe that this is a catalyst to reaching their maximum potential. I have no doubt that my lessons will unlock the ability that you have.
