About Talbia
Professionally, I help companies like Dream11, Gaana, and CoinDCX build and scale their tech teams. Over time, roles and responsibilities have evolved, but one thing that has remained constant is my curiosity—a drive to learn, unlearn, and relearn. I’ve been fortunate to have incredible mentors, professors, and co-founders who shaped my understanding of what it means to be a great teacher. They inspired me to create an environment where students can thrive, just as I did under their guidance. My goal is to be that same catalyst for my future students, empowering them to grow and succeed.

I believe in empowering my students through a balance of trust, autonomy, and accountability. Yes, scores and grades are important, but I see myself more as a catalyst, creating an environment where individuals can thrive, reach their full potential, and ideas flow freely.
I believe that each individual brings a unique perspective to the table, and their identity extends far beyond their test scores.
I'm looking for students who are driven to go beyond mere understanding, who question and explore the 'why' behind concepts. These curious minds will find a home in my class, where they can delve deeper and grow both intellectually and personally.
