About Courtney
Courtney Elfand founded her Interior Design Firm to set a new standard of excellence in Interior Design. As the Owner and Design Principal of Courtney Elfand Interiors, Courtney is wholeheartedly dedicated to providing her clientele with the highest levels of service, from conception through completion.
With 15 years of Interior Design expertise, a Master’s of Science in Interior Architecture from Drexel University, and an extensive background in Fiber Arts, Courtney is known for her exceptional ability to create custom designs. By pairing original concepts with distinctive color and material selections, Courtney achieves a sense of personal character, exclusive to each space.
Committed to quality and collaboration, Courtney works closely with architects, engineers, and various other sectors of the industry to deliver innovative Hospitality, Commercial, and Multi-Dwelling Development Interior Design solutions that stand the test of time. Her keen eye for detail, her proven project management skills, and her innate ability to incorporate custom design elements that tell an alluring story, have earned her the trust of notable brands, such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
Courtney is an active member of The Hospitality Industry Network (NEWH) and the former Steering Chair of the Atlantic City/Philadelphia Regional Chapter. She remains highly involved in the design community, frequently participates in design panels, attends industry events, and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Design at her alma mater, Drexel University—doing her part to foster the growth of the next generation of Interior Designers.
A devoted wife and proud mother to her daughter, three dogs & cat, Courtney adores family time, has a profound appreciation for travel, and enjoys both the bustle of vibrant city culture and the tranquility of nature.

As an accomplished Interior Design entrepreneur with 15 years in the business and NCIDQ certified Interior Designer, I have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of design. From the initial project visioning through project completion, I have worked in all aspects of design including collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and various other sectors of the industry to deliver innovative Hospitality, Commercial, and Multi-Dwelling Development Interior Design.
In addition, I have taught as an adjunct professor of Interior Design at Drexel University which was named in the Top 16 Interior Design Schools by Architectural Digest.
I am available for assistance with tutoring in your current design courses as well as helping to develop and create strong portfolios for both college and job applications.
