About Nola
With 16 years of experience teaching Guitar, I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds, including school students, college learners, and working professionals. My teaching philosophy is centered on patience, encouragement, and continuous improvement.
I understand that learning music is a personal journey, so I tailor every lesson to suit the student's pace and interests. My classes are designed to be both structured and enjoyable, allowing students to build skills while having fun.
I teach guitar techniques such as chords, scales, strumming patterns, fingerstyle methods, rhythm development, and lead guitar basics. In addition, I provide instruction in music theory, ear training, songwriting fundamentals, and performance preparation.
One of my strengths is helping students overcome challenges and build confidence in their playing. I simplify complex concepts and present them in a way that is easy to understand and apply. Through consistent practice, guidance, and motivation, students develop both technical skills and musical creativity.
My aim is to inspire students to enjoy learning, stay motivated, and continue growing as musicians long after the lessons are complete.

My teaching approach is centered around the individual needs of each student. I believe that every learner has different goals and learning styles, so I customize my lessons to suit their pace and interests. Compassion, communication, and supportiveness are the foundations of my teaching philosophy.
I teach Guitar through practical demonstrations and simple explanations. Students begin with the basics and gradually progress toward advanced concepts. Lessons include posture, chords, scales, rhythm exercises, fingerstyle techniques, song performance, and improvisation.
I create a relaxed atmosphere where students feel comfortable discussing their doubts and difficulties. I believe that open communication helps students gain confidence and enjoy the learning process.
Besides Guitar, I also teach music theory, rhythm training, ear development, and basic music reading skills. These subjects help students understand the language of music and improve their overall performance.
I regularly track progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve continuously. My goal is to make learning enjoyable while helping students become skilled, disciplined, and confident musicians.
