It's not "Net Present Value"; it's "How much money are we getting vs how much are we paying".
It's not "Fair Value through Other Comprehensive Income"; it's "Are we really earning these profits or losses? Will they be realized?"
- It's not "Global minimum variance portfolio within Markowitz portfolio optimization model"... well okay sometimes it is.
