About Kemone
I am a Transformation Strategist, researcher, published author, and trained teacher with a background in mathematics, statistics, quality, psychology, maths education, data science, business, computer science, and research.
I have spent my career solving complex problems. I have worked with governments, universities, NGOs, and private companies across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and Europe. I have helped build and develop over 70 businesses for success. I have designed monitoring and evaluation frameworks for projects that had been failing for over a decade. I have trained teams, coached executives, and built research methodologies from the ground up.
But I have also always been a teacher. I have taught mathematics at secondary school level, mentored university students through their final-year research, and trained professionals across multiple disciplines and continents. Teaching is not something I do on the side. It is central to who I am. The same instinct that drives me to walk into an organisation and find what everyone else missed is the same instinct I bring to a student who cannot see why their methodology is not working or why their literature review reads like a book report.
I specialise in helping students think. Not just pass. Think. I want you to understand your research so deeply that you can defend it in a viva, explain it to a stranger, and feel genuinely proud of what you have produced.
I am particularly known for helping students master literature reviews, an area where most students struggle and most supervisors give vague feedback. If you have been told your review "needs more critical analysis" but nobody has shown you what that actually looks like, I can.
