About Monica

I started my career in art when I went through a very strong depression in my life. Art was what rescued me. I reconnected with myself and I learned a new way of expressing myself through painting, I was tired of seeing how everyone shared their successes, or beautiful objects and I was not able to feel satisfaction in my life, that's when my need to paint was born.

Then I started to exhibit my art in recognized galleries and events in Mexico, fate brought me to London last year where I had the opportunity to present my art in a gallery on Oxford street.

Art is a beautiful gift that life gave me and today I want to share it with you so that you can find your own way of being free with very simple painting techniques.

I am from Mexico City and recently I moved to London.

This class its about expressing yourself, 100% personalized!!

What makes this class unique is that part of my background I am a certified yoga teacher, so it is essential to use the natural movements of the body to release of stress, along with a short meditation.
