About Sohan
Music has been part of my life since childhood, as my father is a music teacher. I have 7 years of piano experience (ABRSM Grade 4), 4 years of tabla training with a 4th-year certificate, and experience with guitar, music production and composition.
I teach music in a simple, creative and practical way—not just through memorization. I help students understand notes, chords, scales and playing by ear, so they can learn to play the songs they love. I also teach creative techniques for composing melodies and developing their own songs.
My goal is to make every student confident, independent and excited to create their own music.

My classes are designed to make learning music enjoyable, practical and creative. I have been surrounded by music since childhood, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of music and how to learn it naturally. Along with piano and tabla, I explore guitar, music production and songwriting. I especially love composing my own music, and I will teach students creative techniques to understand music, develop their own ideas and eventually create their own songs. My teaching style is friendly, patient and adapted to each student’s level, so lessons feel less like memorising and more like discovering the musician within you.
