From the first session there was a plan on how our lessons would progress and each lesson and homework package is personalized. Perfect! Ryan's strengths as a tutor are that he is professional, patient and systematic. Ryan demonstrates professionalism by always being on time and exuding confidence when he teaches. He also demonstrates empathy during his sessions by sensing what the student needs in the moment and adjusting accordingly. For example, I couldn't get a timed question, so Ryan stopped using the timer and we reapproached the question. Ryan is also patient as he'll gladly clarify any questions I have. Lastly, Ryan is systematic in his approach when he teaches. For instance, he'll give you a question and ask what you think you did well on and what you think you could have done better on and then he'll proceed to analyze your answer.
