About
Hi! I'm Tessa, a concert pianist who loves sharing music with others, both on stage and in the teaching studio.
I welcome students of all ages and levels. If you are just beginning, I can help you build a strong technical foundation and develop good habits from the start. If you are a more advanced pianist, I can help you tackle challenging repertoire, refine your technique, and prepare for performances, auditions, or competitions.
For me, piano playing is about much more than hitting the right notes. I believe music should feel natural, expressive, and deeply personal. My goal is to help students find ease and freedom at the piano, so that technique becomes a tool for expression rather than an obstacle. Together, we will explore not only how to play the music, but how to tell a story, communicate emotions, and bring your own voice to every piece you play.
Above all, I strive to create a warm, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable, inspired, and excited to learn. Whether piano is a lifelong passion or a new adventure, I would be delighted to be part of your musical journey.
