About Lefa
I am 21 year old female rugby player, born and bred in the outskirts of soweto. I have been playing the sport for the past 8years. Throughout my career I have received performance awards, participated in junior provincial team which is the Golden Lions Rugby Union and currently playing for the senior team. During my junior years I got a springbok callup and in one of the girls national tournament in 2018 I received player of the tournament as well as full bursary scholarship at the university of Johannesburg where I am currently completing my BA degree.
I believe success should breed more success, I am whoi am because someone believed I me, and through my experience and passion for the sport ,I believe I can break the stereotypes around the sport through my students and reach the end goal which is proving that IT IS POSSIBLE.

I gradually increase the intensity and information load. My sessions are not too long or too short they are perfect to motivate and persuade my students to want more. My sessions are very fun and very educational. I prioritize my student's mental well being.
