About Alex
I’m 20 years old, originally from South Wales and grew up playing in my local music service. I started on the Tenor Horn before moving to the trumpet and later settling with the French Horn. Formerly a member of the Sea Cadets, I’ve undergone training on Safeguarding and working with young people, and have experience doing so. My teacher was awesome and I gained so much from learning an instrument and from music generally. I’d absolutely love to be able to pass on that love for music with other people.

I’m an experienced teacher and current student at the Royal College of Music. I can teach a range of Brass instruments, and have a Trinity Grade 8 qualification in French Horn and Trinity Grade 4 qualification in Trumpet. I’ve got lots of experience playing in Orchestras, recitals, chamber music and other ensembles. I’d love to help you experience all the benefits music has to offer!
