About PRADIP
I am a 1st Class Mechanical Engineer from Jadavpur University, Calcutta, 1st Class (with Distinction) Post Graduate Mechanical Engineer from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute (Kanpur University, 1st Class 1st MBA from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management.
Started career as a Management Trainee (Technical) with M/s Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Bangalore and served HAL Bangalore, HAL Kanpur, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd, Kolkata, Tata Robins Fraser Ltd Jamshedpur, Braithwaite & Company Ltd, Calcutta, Jessop and Company Ltd,
I was Director (Production), a Presidential Appointee in Jessop & Company.
Alongwith my Professional Career, I started Teaching in 1994 in IISWBM, ICFAI Business School, Instt of Modern Management, IGNOU and other Management Education Centres in Kolkata.
Currently I am an Accredited Management Teacher,, Paper Setter and Examiner of All India Management Association New Delhi, Indira Gandhi National Open University New Delhi and Narsee Monjee Instt of Management Studies Mumbai.

I prefer to teach through participation of all the group members. Special attention for the students lagging behind are definitely given. Case Studies from Simpler to harder are discussed with the students.
In an individual setting, the level of understanding/ capability of the student is judged, The student is engaged in dialogues, instead of monologue, The capability of the student is gradually increased, if necessary. Case Studies are discussed one-to-one
