A typical beginner course includes:

• Building a solid opening repertoire with practical openings for both White and Black
• Understanding opening principles rather than memorizing moves
• Learning tactical patterns and calculation techniques
• Developing middlegame strategy, planning, and positional understanding
• Mastering essential endgames that frequently occur in practical games
• Analyzing games to identify mistakes and areas for improvement
