I am a psychology graduate with an interest in using creative and expressive methods to support emotional awareness and self-understanding. I enjoy combining psychological concepts with simple art-based activities to make self-exploration more accessible and less intimidating. My approach is calm, respectful, and learner-focused, aiming to create a safe space where individuals can express themselves freely through creativity, without pressure to perform or create perfect art.

These sessions use art-based activities inspired by art therapy to support emotional expression, self-awareness, and reflection. Sessions are gentle, structured, and conducted in a comfortable mix of Hindi and English. Suitable for adolescents and adults who want to explore emotions through creative expression.
