About OM
Myself Om and I am a young YOGA practioner with a personal experience of “3+ years in the field of YOGA & Meditation”.
I am pursuing my “Bachelor’s of Arts in Yogashastra” and have completed various Yoga & Meditation workshops.
Being a student & a budding tutor I am here to offer maximum content for minimum value with the intention to teach & learn from you at the same time.

Focus will be on posture correction and form rather than on extreme postures.
Yoga is for all from kids to elder. It makes you flexible, productive & energize you with positivity to fight with whatever life throws at you.
Usual structure of the class will be Traditional WarmUps, Stretching & Bending, Asanas, Pranayamas, Meditation & Yognidra or loosening practices.
