I teach yoga that is meant for householders, so we do not include too many changes to your current lifestyle but we would still be working towards creating a healthier regimen for you. We focus on mental well-being just as much as physical well-being. Breathing exercises and pranayamas are equally important as they enhance your quality of life, we focus on every individual's breathing pattern personally and guide them toward a healthier lifestyle. Our classes are generally an hour long wherein we focus on all the aspects of our being. We pride ourselves on making personalized yoga routines for our regular students.
