About Katendi
I am originally from Lusaka, Zambia, studied and worked in Cape Town and currently living in the Cayman Islands as a Senior Architectural Technologist. I enjoy painting, reading, and outdoor activities. I tutored environment and services where we learned about new technologies that can further the design of services a building can provide to increase its sustainability from production to use. I have tutored 25 students before, and thoroughly enjoyed it!

My teaching method includes going through your class discussions and brief assignments where we unpack the role of the architect and the various other professionals in buildings of interest. I love pushing unusual building technologies to inspire beginner students in producing unique ways of designing. I can also assist in learning design programs such as Revit + BIM software
