About Ulrik

Art Director and Graphic Designer are my basic headliners and have more than two decades of professional experience from very large contexts to narrow projects within e.g. the cultural area. I have a master's degree from Konstfack/HDK.

I have a great breadth, but to put it simply, I deal with creative problem solving in design and image creation but also art. I can basically be described as a one-man agency in design, advertising, interactive, content production etc.

I have extensive experience in solving problems in the field of visual expressions: From strategic 'naming' and graphic profiles; to building productized concepts and creating storytelling with text and photos (also a photographer), illustrations, infographics, image editing, composite image works, film editing, graphic animation, 3D; i.e. image and form creation in the broadest sense.

About the lesson

With my more than 2 decades of experience in the roles of AD, graphic designer, image creator, artist in both print, digital and moving production, I offer to coach you. Exactly how we decide together according to your needs. You can have any goals; from creating your own things to professional career.

Below some areas I can support in:

TOOLS:
Primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign but also Premier, AfterEffects, WordPress as well as sound editing, AbletonLive and photo. Further training myself right now in Figma, Blender, painting programs and various AI-supported images.

COUNSELING / BALL PLAN
- Practical in general: Administer files/technology/accounts, send/share files etc etc
- Client contacts: Influence the entire process from the first meeting, via quote and acceptance to implementation, to follow-up so that everyone is satisfied.
- Support in work process; brief, strategy, branding reasoning, concept decisions, idea process, design decisions (also at the detail level; typography, color choice/palettes, form, illustration, photo), technical decisions, presentation, etc.
