About Sofiane
My name is Sofiane I am a pastry craftsman for 14 years and graduated in bakery recently. I prepared a Bachelor degree at the LE Notre vocational school and a bakery certificate at the Ferrandi school in paris. For 2 years I animated the program "Pâtisserie Fine" on the Algerian culinary chain BENNA TV, and a program called "Cousintna Haka"in 2017 on the magrebine channel Nesma tv.
Ambassador of the French pastry in ALGERIA, I am at the head of a pastry known as pâtisserie-viennoiseries Les AS in Kabylie since 10years.
Located in Paris for a few years, I offers all types of workshops and pastry classes (French and Oriental),
bakery, and a program of assistance in preparation for exams in pastry and bakery.

My workshops and courses are designed to combine rigor, entertainment, good mood and above all conviviality.
My classes are exclusively at home. I go to my student.
3 options: group classes organized around a workshop I supervise but which is run by the group, and individual courses à la carte and a program of support to candidates preparing a CAP pastry or bakery. I also organize children workshops based on easy-to-make recipes and the concept of fruit customization.
In the workshop, individually, The mastery of the good gesture is in my opinion the basis of the transmission of all know-how.
