With my past experience I feel it is best learning by making. I am a very hands on type of instructor and while teaching I find it best to teach helpful theory tips while a practical session is on going. But I will first assess the students knowledge of cooking and then plan according to their needs.
Each lesson will include variety of cooking skills and techniques, how to follow a recipe and food safety
I am currently working at a Bakery in Randburg, where we are providing our local Spar's and PnP's with our home-style biscuits and Rusks. We are in the mix of creating our own cake decorating business as well. I prior experience in lecturing pastry students as well as a strong back in wedding/ function style type food.
Please take note that a 50% deposit is payable upfront to secure your booking. Lessons will not include ingredients needed. I will only buy the best quality and a reasonable priced will be purchased and charged extra per client, or alternatively the client may purchase these products themselves
During my studies i was awarded as the best overall student and best practical student where I obtained an average of 94%
