TO COORDINATE AND TO REMAIN IN OVERALL CHARGE OF THE ISGP PROGRAM IN THE DISTRICT
To assist and remain under the control of the AEO of the Zilla Parishad or ADM (Panchayats)
To coordinate activities related to result monitoring framework at the district level
To prepare and monitor district level annual work plan for effective implementation of ISGP programme

To coordinate and be responsible for the performance of the district team and mentoring team members and effectively implement districts CB plan
To monitor effective implementation of the initiatives on GRM, social audit, ICT based activity tracking system through mobile apps, solid and liquid waste management and arsenic free drinking9 water
To manage operational funds and place the accounts before audit for the expenditure incurred at the District Coordination Unit level
TO ACT AS A JOINT SIGNATORY FOR FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS AT THE DISTRICT LEVEL AS MAY BE AUTHORISED
Must visit at least 15 GPs and 10 schemes in a month and interact with service recipients.
Any other tasks to be assigned for effective implementation of the ISGP or any other assigned
activity under the Department of Panchayats & Rural Development
TO EFFECTIVELY MONITOR THE P«›GRESS OF GRANT AND PLANNING CYCLE
To conduct monthly review meeting with all the mentors and share the minutes with DPRDO and AEO/ADM Incharge and AAM in PMU

 To provide support to Gram Panchayats in preparation of integrated plan & budget.
 To monitor activities related to ESMF(Environmental & Social Management Framework)
 To provide support to Gram Panchayats for activities related to IEC (Information, Education, Communication) materials.
 To facilitate the communication flow and information flow between various line departments.
 To facilitate the Gram Panchayats, Blocks and Zilla Parisad for ensuring transparency and accountability.
 To provide support for performance assessment and quality assurance initiatives under the ISGP project.
 To regularly monitor activities of Gram Panchayats through Online Monitoring System
 To provide regular support for data entry and picture upload of Geographical Information System(GIS)
 To provide handholding support for registering online Grievence.

 Key Responsibilities: To coordinate and facilitate initiatives for institutional strengthening of Gram Panchayats and Panchayat samities and participatory planning ,implementation and accountability processes and other interventions in the context of SRD, BRGF, SAHAY and other programmes of the Government.
 To keep concerned Sub Divisional Officers , Block Development Officers and Sabhapaties of Panchayat Samities informed of the progress of work and also to obtain their support in implementation, monitoring and supervising Government initiatives in the subdivision.
 To coordinate with and provide support to facilitating teams, Panchayati Raj Instituitions, Gram Unnayan Samity members, SHGs and all concerned district level institutions .
