About Carlita
Growing up, I faced numerous health challenges, battling bronchitis, asthma, and recurring tumours from age 14 into my early 40s, I had 5 operations. These struggles often interrupted my professional life, but they were just the beginning. In 2016, I encountered another devastating blow when my husband was kidnapped, tortured, and tragically passed away six years ago. Then I recently discovered in my forties, I have Asperger's and then in my late forties that I have ADHD! Life began to make more sense to me as to why things felt so much harder, despite all the atypical challenges I faced anyway. These experiences shaped me into a resilient and strong mindset, as they do for each of us, yet they don't define us now, and do not define our future. We all carry burdens, our own heavy narratives, but it's vital to remember: we are not our stories. Despite pain and trauma, we possess an innate resilience, capable of rewriting our self-image and overcoming victim mentalities, and even to experience joy again. Reprogramming our thoughts and language is key to this transformation through hypnotherapy as one of the best proven healers for somatic vagal nerve healing combined with other tools. We are electromagnetic beings, capable of incredible healing. Life is a mysterious journey, filled with adventures and lessons waiting to be embraced.
