I am Reshma P R. I am from Kerala. I have done 4 year full time Diploma and 2year Post Diploma in Bharathnatyam from Kalakshetra foundation. The prestigious institution for learning Indian arts. I am running a dance school in Kerala called Natanagiri Foundation. I have 5 years of teaching experience.

Bharathnatyam is an art form orginated from Tamil nadu. I am taking classes for basic, intermediate and advanced level students. If you are new to bharathnatyam we will be starting with basic level. In that you will be learning stretches, strengthening exercises, hand gestures, adavus or basic steps, history and theory. For intermediate students we will be having classes of little more complicated adavus or steps, theory, history and Thalam. For advanced students the classes will be regarding performance, items of bharthnatyam, music of bharathnatyam, costume, ornaments and makeup of bharathnatyam.
