About Jemma
Hola! Hello! Bonjour!
I'm Jemma, native British from Belfast currently living in South West London. I am currently in my 3rd year of teaching Spanish and French at a Secondary School in North London. I'm an Newcastle University graduate, as well as graduating from the Institute of Education after completing a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages. I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Spanish/French teacher with goal of helping everyone reach their maximum potential in communicating in another language!
I spent a year living in Madrid, Spain, and spent 3 months backpacking around South America. In addition I spent 2 months as an au pair in Toulouse, France.
In terms of language I have a lot of experience with the Edexcel GCSE specification so I will be able to help you with exam techniques for all 4 skills; reading, writing, speaking and listening. On the other hand I am able to help you if your just looking for more casual help with conversation.
If you're in school and really want to get an A/A* (7/8/9), I can give you the tools, resources and knowledge you need to achieve this. Whatever your current grade, an A/ A*/7/8/9 is achievable.
