About Ghazala
My Approach as a Geography Tutor: As a tutor with a strong academic background in geography from Jamia and currently pursuing my master's in the subject, I strive to make learning geography both engaging and meaningful. Teaching Techniques & Methods: I combine traditional teaching methods with modern tools to explain geographical concepts clearly. I often use visual aids like maps, diagrams, and GIS-based applications to help students connect theory with the real world. For school students, I simplify topics using everyday examples, while for older students or adults, I delve deeper into analytical aspects and real-world applications, especially related to GIS. Structure of a Class: Each class typically follows this structure: Introduction – Brief recap of the previous session and outline of the current topic. Concept Building – Explanation using visuals, stories, and real-life examples. Interactive Discussion – Encouraging questions, discussions, and student inputs. Practice – Exercises, map work, or case studies depending on the level. Wrap-Up – Quick summary and clarification of doubts, with a short task or reading to reinforce learning. My Special Features as a Teacher: I bring passion for geography and a strong academic foundation. I make abstract or complex topics easy to grasp using relatable explanations. I am tech-friendly, and I use digital tools (like GIS basics) to enhance learning for interested students. I am patient, approachable, and adaptable to different learning paces.
