About Carla
I am a law student studying at University of Warwick, having just finished my A-Levels in History, Politics and Psychology. I have previously been a student ambassador for history and therefore have experience of teaching the curriculum as well as tutoring at Kumon English and Maths. Therefore, I know how to approach pupils from all angles depending on their needs

My personal approach would be to assess the needs of the pupils. What level they are at their language skills, what their strengths and weaknesses are, in order to tackle those. As a result, lessons would be planned specifically around the pupil. This would include dedicated time for comprehension questions as well as reading. Other times they will tackle essay questions and learn little tips and tricks they can use to gain extra marks
