About Ferran
El deporte para mí es un estilo de vida. Practico deporte desde que tengo uso de razón. He practicado todo tipo de deportes como:
Natación 16 años, Atletismo 10 años, Esquí y Snowboard 27 años, Rugby 4 años, Escalada 15 años, Danza 20 años, entre muchos otros... Ahora practico regularmente Rugby todas las semanas, entrenando y jugando con el equipo que entreno, Sky y Snowboard varias veces en invierno, Escalada varias veces en verano, Yoga y Danza tantas veces que puedo. Crossfit y Fitness en general todas las semanas. Sino hago deporte siento que me falta algo.
