About Megan
I have over 20 years of Instructional Design and training experience. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee in 1993 and earned my master’s degree in Adult Education & Training from Alverno College in 2007.

I begin with an assessment to see where my student is beginning with a topic and create a customized lesson plan based on the results.
My lesson plans are structured with an introduction to the topic, terminology around the topic and logically chunked content around the topic created according to the learner's skill level.
I have been an Adult Education and Training specialist for 26 years in various organizations and what sets me apart is that I have never forgotten the challenges and needs of learning something new.
