About Shane Joseph
DR. SHANE JC:
A most decorated US Veteran with a background and specialization in Communications. Considered by many as an expert in both oral and written communications, I am a savvy and most competent academician applicable to digital and online technology. In fact, his primary skill set focuses on the identification of atypical or outlier patterns. also, technical writer and editor with specialization in APA and MLA Writing Protocols.
While serving in the United States Marine Corps, his main task centered on the facilitation of critical data and information via highly encrypted and otherwise top secret and classified technology.
As it pertains to my specialized skills, these include Information Security Systems and Cybersecurity Systems, from an academical and military vantage point. I have been given Confidential, Classified, and Top-Secret Security Clearances while serving in the US Armed Forces, however, these are all in inactive status. I am both willing and able to be returned to active status.
Next, I have an advanced degree from Florida Tech (i.e., doctorate) in Human-Centered Design and Innovation which falls under the auspices of Computing, Engineering, and Sciences. For my final dissertation project, I designed and developed an online and digital information hub or reservoir applicable to STEM and STEAM Domains. My undergraduate degree is in Computer Information Systems Engineering with specialized skills in Statistics, Calculus, Discrete Mathematics, Finite Mathematics, System Analysis and Design, Database Management Systems, etcetera.
While completing my (e.g., germane to my academics) advanced degree, in fact, I led a team of 15+ graduate and doctoral level international and multicultural students in both the systematic research and systemic development of an updated Career Management System with an inclination towards 21st Century cutting-edge technology.
For the past 16-months – and notably resulting due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, I have worked as an academical manuscript reviewer-blind critic for the Journal of STEM, and as an online judge-evaluator for Future Engineers, LLC, a joint venture with NASA.
As a result of his academic success-prowess, he is a member of Alpha Chi Honor Society, Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society, and HonorSociety.org. In 2013 he was distinguished as a finalist in the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Presidential Management Fellowship Program. Out of 12,122 initial applicants, he was one of the final 600(+). A decorated US Marine with expertise in Communications. The instructor is a patient leader who is a competent and masterful written plus oral communicator. The course is only deemed completed once the learner has demonstrated a firm grasp on the rudiments of effective writing!
