I believe in a learner-centered approach to teaching. This includes using activities and class discussions to ensure that lesson objectives are met. I also believe in a holistic approach that ensures that the academic needs of the learners are provided for. A typical lesson for me would entail asking questions in order to ascertain previous knowledge and then using scaffolding to introduce a new topic. My lessons will vary depending on the age as well as competency level of the learners.
