About Hayeon
I'm a native Korean who lives in London, UK. I moved to the UK when I was 18. I have experience preparing the Korean language proficiency exam for native Koreans, which is usually an exam for people who prepare to become announcers or broadcasters. Korean grammar is not easy, but I can do my best to help you learn Korean comprehensively and properly.
I also love K-drama and K-pop. We can use these materials for the most efficient and exciting lessons if you like them!

Did you know that Hangeul is a combination alphabet? You can surely read almost all of Korean in a half-day learning!
Beginner Level
- Learn Hangeul (alphabet) and basic conversation
- Learn words from selected topics every lesson and learn sentences from drama & k-pop
- Learn basic grammar
- Aim to understand the general topic and information from everyday contexts and communicate using memorised words
Intermediate Level
- Learn words from selected topics every lesson (try to understand harder ones using "hanja", which enables you to guess the meaning of unseen words) and learn sentences from drama & k-pop
- Learn advanced grammar
- Writing about a given topic and practice speaking about certain topics, such as news or recent issues.
- Aim to understand the main idea of the given information and express own thoughts about familiar topics
