About Viktor

Five years of experience in the IT field in various roles. I started my career at BCG, where I immersed myself in the intricacies of business organization and business processes. Further, I began to deep into the IT field, plunged into the general IT processes at KPMG. Also worked in one of the startups in the software development industry - was engaged in the automation of business processes of the largest metallurgical plants in the CIS in the role of the head of the business intelligence department.

Currently, I have been working at KPMG for 2 years as a supervisor (head) of the business intelligence department, where I am responsible for the implementation of new IT systems within KPMG and for the development of other business analysts (11 people). More than 10 successfully completed projects in the field of automation are behind. In 2017, I graduated with honors from the HSE Business Informatics program (bachelor's degree). In 2019, I graduated with honors from the HSE Big Data Systems program (Master's degree). I am currenty a PhD student at the Faculty of Computer Science at the Higher School of Economics and at the same time teaches at the Faculty of Business and Management.

About the lesson

2. if you are a business / system analyst who need to update his career paths
3. if you want to develop in the field of product ownership, but don't know where to start
4. help you understand the methodology / approach / artifact or tell you what to see / read
5. prepare for an interview for the position of a business analyst (of any level), because I have passed more than 25 job interviews and received more than 15 offers (this is my hobby :))

The most important thing is your desire to develop, the rest is a matter of technology)

From what I have already managed:
1. Raised 4 analysts from junior to middle level
2. Raised 2 analysts from middle to senior level
3. Helped a student with a completely different profile to get an offer for a BA vacancy

Because I am also a teacher, I will try to find an approach to any student)
For me, mentoring and teaching is a pleasure, an opportunity to develop, learn new things from my menties and, sometimes, even an opportunity to find new colleagues!
