Before everything I very much value consistent effort. I believe that no matter how much and badly I want someone to learn, it is partially up to them just as partially it is up to me. I will first introduce one to the subject and get you acquainted with it through different scenarios. Some will come as a method to test your knowledge of the law as a whole and not just tax law and others as a way of testing your knowledge of tax law. However you cannot know something unless it has been taught to you or you learnt it yourself. So my lessons are devised into three, the first part is theoretical and that's where you get to see that it is not as intricate as you might have made it out to be, in the second aspect we will be testing what I have taught you using different scenarios intended to test your analytical thinking skills, finally we'll end each and every session with a quick quiz. The quiz is aimed at helping you remember everything you have studied before the present lecture. So everything we have done previously will form part of the daily quiz and the questions are random. We are not creating an amazing, for instance income tax lawyer, but an outstanding tax lawyer. For you to know how far you've come, we need to know that as we move along, there isn't a part that you have not mastered. But i will once again say this because I cannot overstate it, we're both working towards getting you that A.
I am in my penultimate year of my law studies and an aspiring motivational speaker. I have had a few gigs of motivational speaking. I have tutored a few law subjects including estates law and insolvency law. I am however currently not engaged in any tutoring.
