Personal profile and career objectives
I am a young man in my twenties have knowledge of the way travel agencies, tour operation, Airline fares and ticketing, hospitality and tourism in general work because of my studies for Diploma in Tourism at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT).
I acquired my Amadeus training and completed as well as Virgin Atlantic fares and ticketing.
During my studies I am a tutor at my institute, were I facilitate peer learning and undertake basic administration.
These experiences make me feel comfortable to learn new method, techniques and find my place in a team working environment. Also, I developed strong confidence, which I believe will be usable to your company.
Before my studying Tourism I worked as a sales representative at a shoe retail shop. I was handling different tasks concerning customer satisfaction and effectively utilizing company resources like inventory merchandizing and advertisement.
