About Maryam
Hi! I'm Maryam, a freshman in college with a strong academic background and a genuine love for helping others learn and grow. I tutor in English, math, science, painting, and even resume writing—subjects I’ve spent years studying, practicing, and sharing through leadership, volunteer work, and community service. My lessons are interactive, supportive, and customized to each student. I usually start with a quick review, then introduce new material using real-life examples and creative explanations, and end with hands-on practice. What makes my tutoring different is that I understand what it’s like to be a student—I’ve been in honors programs, dual credit courses, and national competitions, but I’ve also stayed up late trying to figure out tough assignments.
