My teaching method is based on nutrition first and foremost, as well as a combination of aerobic training (running or whatever the student enjoys) with a program under my guidance, and weights training from home. You will need 12 weeks.
I have completed 121 Marathons (42,2kms to 160 kms) , and 203 Half Marathons (21,1 kms -30kms), I have a University Bachelor of Arts Degree, and I can teach you how to eat the right foods to maximise your body.
You have two options :) My training may be shared with you via online, OR in my home gym in Milnerton, CapeTown, South Africa, the students who elect to work with me via skype needs to buy their own set of weights and training bench and with my expertise can train from home. This makes it sustainable going forward into your future.
