About Clara
I completed a PhD in French Language and Communication Studies after years of studying international communication, linguistics, and language education during my academic journey. Over the past 9 years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds and skill levels, helping them improve their French through practical instruction and supportive teaching methods. Teaching French allows me to combine communication, cultural understanding, and mentorship in a deeply rewarding way. I enjoy helping learners express themselves confidently in another language.
My teaching style focuses on adaptability, patience, and communication-centered learning. Some students improve best through grammar-focused practice and structured repetition, while others respond more naturally to speaking activities and interactive discussions. I adapt each lesson according to the learner’s confidence level, learning style, and personal goals. Along with technical language development, I help students improve pronunciation, listening comprehension, vocabulary retention, and conversational fluency. Building a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere is always one of my highest priorities.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading French literature, exploring world cinema, and studying language usage across different cultures and communities. These interests help me bring fresh ideas and practical examples into lessons regularly. I believe language learning creates opportunities for confidence, global connection, and personal growth. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is watching students communicate naturally in situations that once felt challenging or unfamiliar.

My French lessons are designed to help students communicate naturally while building strong language foundations through supportive and engaging learning methods. Every lesson focuses on communication, confidence, and long-term language growth.
Beginners receive patient guidance with greetings, pronunciation basics, everyday expressions, and simple sentence structures through organized repetition and interactive activities. Intermediate learners improve speaking flow, listening accuracy, response timing, and conversational confidence through practical communication exercises and structured discussions. Advanced students strengthen natural expression, smoother fluency, and stronger communication skills for travel, academics, or professional situations. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s pace, personality, and language goals so progress remains balanced and motivating throughout the learning process.
Learning French should feel enjoyable, meaningful, and useful. I encourage students to practice naturally during lessons instead of depending only on memorization. My goal is to help students build strong communication skills while appreciating the culture and beauty connected to the French language.
