Former Pro player (Division 2, Italy). I have a passion for developing youth Basketball, and inspiring young kids to chase their sporting dreams.
Methodology
When teaching/mentoring young kids in my opinion the most important thing is inclusivity, making all the kids feel involved and a part of the team, even if they are not on the same skill level, encouragement goes a long way and creating an open and welcome environment will lead to more and more kids wanting to come back and work harder.

I have 5 years coaching experience, Throughout my coaching career I have coached and mentored kids from multiple different top schools across Johannesburg As well as participating in short youth development courses in Europe, helping to develop young kids to not only grow their passion for sport, but to grow up to become a respectful person, and a well rounded team player.

Alessandro is patience, and compassionate with a great understanding of the game.
Coach Cocco as we call him is a dependable coach and understands the importance of punctuality and professionally structured training sessions. He is surely big on building fundamentals and also crafting a great learning environment for students.
Definitely a great hire in my opinion
Alessandro and I grew up playing basketball together. I watched him gain invaluable knowledge of the game through his several years of representing the country at a National level and provincial too. He has inspired many children that he coached to push themselves in their development and commitment to the game. His skill and knowledge of the game is rare and he is able to share it with others very well.
