About LIU
I have always been the type of person who enjoys interacting with people, culture, and nature. A pet lover with an Honours Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Mcmaster University Canada and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design Menswear from Kingston School of Art London, I would like to say that my passion is always going along with my interests and hobbies. For me, art and nature are two tightly-integrated parts that naturally flourish one another. And that is where I draw inspiration and hope in my teaching life. I believe in the power of inspiring, caring, and sharing. As a man with many hobbies and interests, plus my professionalism in English and IELTS teaching, I could genuinely become an academic and confidence booster for you and your English study.

My aim as a tutor is not only to help students pass the exam preparation but also to guide them to explore, maintain, and expand their English. As a high achiever in IELTS with dozen years of living and working experience in an English-speaking country, I would like to share my personal experience in IELTS, ESL, English language learning, and living abroad with my beloved students. Interaction and communication have been the core of my lessons, encouraging students to analyze, reflect, and develop independently and confidently. Through my various education and work experience in science and art, my lessons' insights, knowledge, and contents have brought a unique value in broadening ideas. The sessions I will deliver are for students who are currently facing difficulties in language learning or IELTS preparation in all aspects, including listening, reading, speaking, and writing.
