About Mauro
I am Mauro, I am 30 years old and I am originally from the province of Bologna but I have lived in Malta since 2015. I am passionate about foreign languages and here on the island I have been able to learn 2 at the same time as well as strengthen the English that I have been teaching since 2019.
I would be thrilled to share with you my learning methods, real and effective (not the usual promises to become fluent in a few days or months) which will allow you to be autonomous in moving for work and leisure abroad and to talk with native speakers from the very beginning. The only things I ask of you are constancy and commitment which, as in all things in life, always lead to excellent results and personal satisfaction.

From personal experience I find that grammar comes from practice and as a student passionate about languages I was able to learn 3 of them that I speak daily, living abroad and specifically in the beautiful island of Malta.
My lessons are therefore formed by a 99% conversation from which I extrapolate words, tenses, prepositions and so on so that learning is completely natural, like that of a child who listens and begins to imitate adults and pronounces his first words again before you know how to read a book!
My lessons are especially aimed at adults who have always wanted to try to learn the English language or who wish to brush up on it for a trip, for family needs or even just for their own personal baggage and who wish with constant commitment to reach that goal that is much more within their reach than they ever thought.

Perfect! Ottima lezione, mauro parla un inglese molto buono e credo che potrà aiutarmi a migliorare. Da quello che capisco è esperto nel trasmettere le sue conoscenze. Mi piace la sua voglia di girare il mondo
- Marco ha un eccellente modo di esprimersi, un ottimo vocabolario e una buona padronanza dell'inglese. Possiede anche una buona pronuncia che con la pratica può solo che migliorare. Lavoreremo assieme sui Phrasal verbs e i verbi al passato per essere ancora piu' sicuro nella conversazione.Mauro's response :
