About Lebone
I have experience in aerobics. Not only was I a student in aerobics but I’ve also organised and lead quite a few aerobics classes at school for both beginners and intermediate students. I don’t have professional experience in the sense of owning my own studio or company but I definitely have enough experience to teach aerobics.

I usually bring up YouTube videos that we can do together as a class. I do the aerobics routines with the class so that I encourage them to do their ample best by showing the students that I support them. I do come up with my own routines too and most of my classes music comes from local popular songs which makes the experience more fun.
